The project envisions a factory composed of a production area and administrative offices.

The design enhances the relationship between the building and surrounding green spaces, challenging the typical industrial layout. 

A central green courtyard becomes the heart of the project, shaping the building’s forms.
Interiors are visually linked to the exterior greenery, creating bright and inviting work environments.
